24-hour Customer Service Center
Provide vehicle status report with engine cut-off in case of emergency, vehicle position report and other types of reports with professional agents who can give useful advice to customers.
Provide information on device types that are suitable for customer’s car or the organization's transportation system. Our agents are also able to make project presentation to clients on-site.
Customer Service Center: Monday - Friday 8.30 to 17.00 hr
We provide customer service in work days with staff who are eager and willing to provide service advice. In addition, we accept problem report via email on 24-hour basis at firstname.lastname@example.org
Our technical installation service can be highly flexible, depending on the convenience of our customers. Our staff team installs device functions as deemed appropriate.
